Help new and existing customers find the right lawn care maintenance plans by receiving inbound and placing outbound calls. Every day on the job will bring new, exciting challenges as you generate leads and close sales, identify customer needs and provide service/product solutions, and enter accurate data while speaking with customers.
Deliver superior customer support throughout the day by answering customer calls, and problem-solve to help customers continue to live life outside. Build sales experience by upselling additional services to customers who are looking to enhance their outdoor living space.
Be TruGreen’s “boots on the ground” when it comes to helping our customers live life outside. You are responsible for creating a positive relationship between our customers and our product.
