Job Description
The Training Facilitator I is responsible for assisting with the delivery of new hire training material developed and/or reviewed by the Program Manager, CX Training (Facilitator). The facilitator will work to ensure all new hires have a positive, encouraging, and engaging experience leading up to and throughout the training period and that comprehension and production readiness is achieved. In this role, the facilitator may also assist in the delivery of approved recursive training programs.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate virtual and classroom interactive learning events, train-the-trainer programs, etc. to develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities of our Customer Experience (CX) employees.
Identify and assess current and future customer experience training needs through needs assessment and customer insights and funnel ideas and information up accordingly
Maintain classroom organization, control and productivity to ensure a positive environment conducive to learning
Ensure continuous engagement within the classroom by activities, break-out sessions, Q&A sessions and tools within the WebEx or Teams platforms
Provide constructive feedback to the new hire cohort, their supervisors and/or managers that outline learning opportunities and areas of concentration
Report any human resource concerns to leadership and make sure adequate detail is provided to ensure proper handling.
Continuous learning of processes, products, services and systems to maintain knowledge needed to train and teach within the CARE organization

Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma; At least 2 Years of College preferred but not required
2+ years of Customer Care, Escalations, Retention, or Quality management and front-line people leading experience, required
Experience facilitating classroom training (virtual and on-site) preferred but not required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to partner and build cross-functional relationships
Attention to detail and accuracy
Written and verbal communication skills
Time management skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance
Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasks
