Position Overview
Provides leadership to Branch Sales Managers and Associate Sales Managers. Responsible for the performance and results of multiple branch sales. Creates and grows the sales function in a region by leading and achieving business expectations through the appropriate management of all resources. Managing teams with focus on policy and strategy implementation and control. Operates within the policies and procedures of the company and create an environment that motivates people to be successful.

Responsibilities


1. Manages up to 10 Branch Sales Managers and Associate Sales Managers.
2. Creates sales orientation within the Region to supports business goals and achieves sales objectives.
3. Communicates sales initiatives effectively throughout the Region.
4. Implements and achieves Region’s sales goals and objectives.
5. Responsible for the sales results and the financial impact of sales on the Region.
6. Works with Human Resource Managers to develop departmental plans for employee growth and development.
7. Evaluates results and analysis plan through daily, weekly and monthly reports.
8. Develop plans with National Sales Directors to ensure successful sales and retention.

Education and Experience Requirements 


• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university or related work experience.
• Five years management or related experience.

• Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals or professional journals or governmental regulations
• Ability write reports and other correspondence
