Job Description


  • Gathers documents for legal research and projects.
  • Reviews commercial bids and contracts for compliance and liability risk.
  • Investigates consumer protection complaints, and prepares responses.
  • Prepares and distributes reports weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly as required.
  • Inputs claim and litigation information into ligation management system.
  • Provides support in the management and oversight of compliance on various consumer protection and other legal guidelines and initiatives.
  • Maintains legal/litigation files.
  • Researches legal issues and maintains an awareness of current federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and paralegal certification required and 5-6 years of paralegal experience required. 
  • Experience with litigation management systems preferred
  • Experience conducting contract review preferred

  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
