Position Overview

Responsible for managing, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to achieve assigned channel level leads and sales acquisition targets.  

Responsibilities

1. Manage marketing campaigns through tactical planning, development, execution and evaluation of marketing initiatives to attain channel targets.

2. Review and determine impact of all initiatives to the overall business. 3. Manage marketing initiatives, tests and projects through coordination with various internal and external support providers/agencies, including managing vendor performance on assigned channels.

4. Analyze results of programs and report significant findings and key business metrics.

5. Create summaries and/or program performance documents using both internal and external data.

6. Develop recommendations to increase campaign performance through creative, offer, and customer segmentation strategies.    

7. Create and maintain marketing campaign documentation. 

8. Track historical data and complete look-back analysis to drive future campaign decisions. 

9. Communicate marketing plans and campaigns across the organization to drive cross-functional support.

10. Process, manage and reconcile media and vendor invoices and related reporting.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 – 7 years of successful marketing and agency management experience.
  • Successful experience in direct to consumer marketing roles.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
