Position Overview
The Division Productivity Manager for TruGreen will be responsible for ongoing operational excellence and productivity improvement by assessing the organization’s processes, procedures, and operating models. This role will drive initiatives through a horizontal partnership with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and create sustainable change efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate operational and internal processes, and identifies opportunities for operational improvements
  • Review and analyze the current service delivery operations processes to assess efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Provide business performance management, organizational design, and business risk management capabilities to formulate actionable business transformation plans
  • Design, develop, and implement production methods and measurement systems with the goal of measuring, optimizing, and improving quality and productivity
  • Evaluate required tools, systems, and reports to improve operational efficiency and determine cost reduction opportunities
  • Manage and prioritize improvement initiatives based on a transparent prioritization methodology
  • Develop financial justification for projects and initiatives, with ongoing monitoring post implementation financial impact

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of project/program management experience, or an equivalent combination
  • Advanced degree in management, engineering, or related field preferred
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing staff, resources, projects, and change management
  • Experience with facilitating process assessment sessions with internal and external business partners at all levels
  • Excellent managerial, leadership, and communications skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, organizational, financial, and computer skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong creative, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to synthesize inputs from various contributors, prioritize ideas and recommendations, and drive and interpret analytics to support change and sustain results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including delivering effective presentations
  • Organizational, project and process management and leadership skills
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Attention to detail and quantitative analytical skills
  • Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project)
