Responsible for managing the e-commerce strategy and improving our digital marketing performance. Handles the ecommerce testing and optimization, and various marketing channels to drive leads and sales. Plan, define, and implement website changes and functional improvements.


1. Manage the ecommerce optimization efforts. Evaluate full-funnel performance to identify areas for testing.

2. Collaborates with IT/ web developers to develop ecommerce testing/optimization plans & requirements.

3. Oversee spend and execution across multiple paid media channels while achieving lead and sales acquisition cost goals .

4. Manages quality assurance and user acceptance testing efforts for ecommerce testing.

5.Develop ecommerce experiences for current customers (up-sells) as well as new sale prospects.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field and 4 years of Marketing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Digital marketing channel management (Google Ads, Facebook, etc).
  • Google Analytics knowledge
  • A/B testing experience
  • Ability to demonstrate technical and professional knowledge and skills
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated with strong work ethic and quality orientation
  • Understanding of marketing functions and technologies
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong knowledge of data analytic techniques
  • Good conceptualizing and implementing skills
  • Leadership and project management skills
  • Relationship building with vendors and internal stakeholders
