Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Channel Manager is responsible for working with our marketing and sales teams as well as clients to conduct analysis of new and mature accounts. This position requires strong technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills. This digital affiliate manager position is for a disciplined professional that is interested in growing their career in the online advertising industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interest in reporting, internet technologies and optimizing pay-per-click marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day relationship with the digital agency and other partners

2. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, products sold and assess against goals

3. Maintain, build, and deepen strong relationship with our affiliates

4. Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives

5. Research, Identify, recruit and negotiate deals with new prospects

6. Work closely with existing affiliates to optimize and increase revenue;

7. Oversee affiliate software and tracking to monitor and optimize promotions;

8. Develop digital experiences for current customers (up-sells) as well as new sale prospects.

9. Bring fresh ideas to the table and stay up-to-date on industry trends

10. Acquiring traffic on CPC, CPM, and CPV basis that best suits our available demand

11. Working closely with other departments to determine best markets, volumes, and types of traffic to pursue

12. Conducting warm and cold calls to help develop new affiliate relationships

Education and Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years working in marketing, with 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, A/B and multivariate experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A/B testing experience
  • Strong proven work experience in affiliate management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experienced with Paid Search, Social, and other media channels
  • Strong Google Analytics knowledge
  • Budgeting and forecasting marketing performance 
  • Manage affiliate partners to drive incremental lead volume
  • Strong knowledge of excel and data analytics platforms 
  • Strong Analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and ROI focused
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated with strong work ethic and quality orientation
  • Understanding of marketing functions and technologies
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain relationship with vendors and internal stakeholders
