Position Overview

The Continuous Improvement Manager is an effective change agent who will facilitate progress in sales and reduce costs through workflow inefficiencies. This position will help to drive a best in class customer experience.  The right candidate will be highly analytical and experienced with project coordination, using their problem-solving skills to foresee obstacles and be decisive. This candidate will focus on the agent and customer experience under the notion of “How do we become easier to do business with” through simplification of processes and technology. 

Responsibilities

1. Becomes the process champion to lead initiatives in standardization of processes for the Sales centers

2. Lead the effort of the implementation of all enterprise projects

3. Identify and solve training gaps for all tenure ban of agents

4. Quarterly evaluation of compensation plans to optimize conversion

5. Implement or change our sales process to conversational vs. transactional

6. Charged with building and maintaining a career ladder for agents and leaders 7. Monitor and assist with customer retention, creating customers for life

8. Advocates for agent and customer experience; Actionable feedback and follow-up from agent and/or customer focus groups

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three + years in a Managerial position with increasing responsibility
  • People leadership experience leading remotely located teams is highly regarded.
  • Strong statistical and problem-solving capability
