Job Description
The HR Advisor provides expert employee relations support, serving as the escalation point for complex cases from the HR Shared Services team. This role is responsible for conducting investigations, advising managers and employees on workplace issues, and recommending actions related to performance, conduct, and policy violations across the U.S. Sales Teams, Production & Operations, and Support Centers.
Responsibilities
Investigate employee complaints, concerns, and policy violations thoroughly and impartially.
Partner with managers to coach on performance, behavioral issues, and disciplinary processes.
Provide guidance and support for actions such as disciplinary measures, performance improvement plans, or terminations.
Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for sensitive or high-risk matters from the HR Shared Services team.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Centers of Excellence to ensure resolutions align with policy, law, and company values.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential case records in the case management system.
Analyze employee relations trends and recommend training, policy, or process improvements to leadership.
Education and Experience Requirements
5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations or HR business partnering
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and managing employee relations cases end-to-end
Strong knowledge of employment law, workplace compliance, and risk mitigation
Excellent judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage sensitive, high-stakes situations with professionalism and discretion
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, workplace investigations, and employment law
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and influencing skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive, high-risk situations with discretion
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
Ability to partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to drive compliant, effective outcomes
Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.

Pay Ranges
$79,175.00 - $131,958.00This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
