As a Full Time Aerator with the #1 lawn care company you will be providing regularly scheduled lawn care services within your route on a daily basis. You will work closely with customers to meet and exceed their expectations

We are currently looking for Full Time Aerators

  • You are paid an hourly wage plus production & sales bonuses. Full Range of Benefits: Health/Dental – RRSP Matching.

  • Paid Weekly!

  • Aeration: Operating and maintaining aeration equipment (like aerators and spreaders) to relieve compacted soil and improve grass health by allowing for better air, water, and nutrient flow to the roots. The job requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, operating equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

  • Position may appeal to those with -Agronomic, Forestry, General Labor, Production, horticultural, or outdoor experience, including landscapers, groundskeepers, ground maintenance and experienced drivers.

‪Responsibilities

  • Operating an aerator on residential and commercial lawns according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions

  • ‪Driving company vehicle to customer locations

  • ‪Responding to customer requests for telephone and in-person service calls

  • ‪Completing required production forms and customer instructions as required

  • ‪Assisting in sales to current and new customers through contact on route

  • Qualified candidates will have a valid, permanent “G” driver's license and a clean driving record per company’s standards. Criminal background check will be required prior to hire.
