Position Overview

Join our dynamic recruiting team! We're looking for a driven Recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and bring great candidates through the door for entry‑level and volume roles.

What You’ll Do

• Source talent through database searches, job boards, cold calls, referrals, and networking

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for multiple openings

• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruitment strategies

• Attend and support job fairs to attract new talent

• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and complete reference checks

• Share hiring recommendations and keep managers updated

• Post open roles and maintain accurate candidate records

• Generate basic recruitment reports (applicant flow, time-to-fill, etc.)

• Stay current on recruiting tools and best practices

• Support team initiatives (referral programs, relocation, etc.)

What You Bring

• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s preferred

• 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience

• Strong interviewing and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple roles at once

• Great time‑management and organizational skills

• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, walk, speak, hear, and use close vision as needed.
