Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Regional Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing the full scope of recruiting activities for their assigned regions. Leads engagement with recruiters, RPO suppliers, local event vendors, ensuring effective collaboration, performance measurement and improvement, as well as driving efficiency. Responsible for partnering with Divisional Leaders, Regional & General Managers in the strategic sourcing solutions while working closely with associated teams in TA.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary role responsible for ownership, management, and performance of the TruGreen recruiting process.
  • Acts as an escalation point for conflicts, risks, issues and action items as brought forth by hiring managers or project team, to include: timely response to issues or problems that arise in day-to-day project operations and/or during development efforts, meeting with appropriate staff to define and investigate problems or issues and propose solutions with time and cost estimates, and verify results of all changes and/or enhancements. 
  • Leads TA engagement with General Managers, ensuring effective collaboration, performance measurement and improvement, and governance as defined by the TA strategy.
  • Manages full life-cycle recruiting for branch sales and service managers.
  • Ensures alignment with TA processes and procedures. 
  • Maintains an up-to-date view of all current TA partners and key suppliers, and their performance. 
  • Oversees TA regional performance management through weekly status meetings.
  • Partners with key owners within TA and TruGreen to identify opportunities for improvement in terms of cost savings, scope changes, terms and conditions, SLAs, risk management, termination and renewal clauses, penalties, and rewards. 
  • Ensures that effective scorecard, performance management tools and routines are in place to ensure that internal and external RPO recruiting teams deliver and exceed their obligations and agreed service levels. 
  • Drives continuous improvement in terms of service and innovation. 

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Five years’ experience managing recruiters, advertising channels and third party vendors. (Preferred)
  • Strong understanding of all stages in full lifecycle recruiting
  • Experience with managing third-party suppliers
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience required, or an equivalent combination of education or experience

  • Ability to tell the story through data analysis
  • Knowledge and ability to cope with and resolve escalated customer service issues
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of company products and services
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Mathematical skill to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, percentages, area and volume
  • Time management skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasks
