Position Overview

Supports hiring for targeted branches by generating and maintaining candidate flow for select positions by resume mining and cold calling prospective leads and applicants to meet seasonal hiring needs and staffing goals.  Schedules and confirms appointments between qualified applicants and respective hiring managers.  Operates under general supervision and reports directly to the General Manager. Role may be seasonal depending on Regional needs.


  • Solicits/cold-calls prospective candidates and adheres to scripts for select positions
  • May utilize primary sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates (i.e., resume mining)
  • Provides position overview(s) and validates interest with prospects and/or applicants
  • Assists qualified applicants with initial recruitment processes as directed
  • Coordinates and confirms interviews between applicants and the respective hiring managers
  • Adheres to company recruitment policies/procedures and compliance requirements to include, but not limited to, EEOC and OFCCP guidelines
  • Collaborates with hiring managers, recruiters, and local organizations as needed
  • Plans and attends job fairs to develop a candidate pool for assigned positions as needed.
  • May utilize applicant tracking system to process and disposition candidates
  • Logs, tracks and reports daily activities as directed 

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED and one to two years of related administrative support experience and/or training required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Cold-calling experience strongly preferred

  • Written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations
  • Business process analysis skills
  • Attention to detail and quantitative analytical skills

  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
