Position Overview

The Organizational Development (OD) Analyst is a member of a dynamic and innovative learning and development team whose role is to provide hands-on support in building organizational capacity within a high change environment. The incumbent is responsible for analyzing and reporting on Talent and Org. Development processes using complex database management skills and tools. The role will work cross functionally with other groups in HR to integrate talent management and org. development data with other HR information. Supporting competency, succession, culture and career development programs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze root causes for organizational functionality issues and recommend actionable resolutions using OD design techniques.
  • Coordinate with employees to support their professional and personal development goals.
  • Assist in preparing organizational development programs, tools, and materials.
  • Track, report, and summarize findings for key OD programs such as talent review or performance management.
  • Coordinate all assessment activities with various vendors; including set up, scheduling, and associate communications.
  • Design, implement, administer, and analyze associate surveys.
  • Track and communicate progress, obstacles and challenges to all key stakeholders on various OD initiatives or programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and implement recommended changes or enhancements.
  • Utilize the learning management system to coordinate learning experiences and track participant completion.
  • Partner with key business partners to assess critical business needs and track program implementation success.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Training, Human Resources, or other related fields or equivalent in education and 0-3 years of experience preferred.
  • Experience working with and analyzing large data sets
  • Experience presenting information to various audiences

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience with data analysis
  • Critical thinking
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and customer service skills.
  • Must be team oriented and possess strong project management skills.
  • Can work independently in setting agendas, schedules and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a requirement.
  • Change mastery
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize data
