Job Description
Aggressively pursue new customer opportunities in a defined territory. True hunter role focused on outbound prospecting, lead conversion, and high-value commercial account acquisition. The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment and is motivated by the challenge of opening new doors and building relationships with key decision-makers. This position will own any new customer business acquired for 12 months from the date of the original sale.
Responsibilities:
New Business Development (Hunter Focus)
Identify, target, and pursue commercial prospects in key verticals such as property management, retail centers, industrial parks, schools, and healthcare facilities as well as other segments identified.
Build and manage a robust pipeline through cold calling, networking, canvassing, LinkedIn outreach, local business visits, and referrals.
Conduct prospect meetings, perform site assessments, and create customized proposals based on client needs.
Close new accounts with compelling value propositions that demonstrate ROI and long-term service value.
Market Expansion
Map and analyze market for growth opportunities and underpenetrated segments.
Attend local business events, chamber meetings, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions.
Sales Process Management
Manage all sales activities in CRM with accurate notes, next steps, and deal stage updates.
Prepare and deliver presentations to facilities managers, property owners, and executive stakeholders.
Collaborate with estimators and operations teams to ensure proposal accuracy and operational feasibility.

Education & Experience:
3+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of new business acquisition.
Experience selling services to facility managers, operations directors, or procurement teams preferred.
Excellent cold calling and outbound prospecting skills.
Confident communicator and persuasive closer.
Preferred Experienced:
Background in commercial services industries such as landscaping, building maintenance, janitorial, or pest control.
Experience working with multi-site operators, national accounts, or RFP processes.

Pay Ranges
$69,278.00 - $115,463.00This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
