  • Responsible for the overall implementation and achievement of the region's marketing goals and objectives
  • Supervise and mentor Marketing Managers
  • Create and maintain the marketing function of between 6 – 12 branches
  • Responsible for the marketing results and the financial impact of marketing on the region
  • Work with Regional HR Managers to aid and develop plans for employee growth
  • Create an environment that motivates people to be successful
  • Communicate "the vision" for sales and marketing throughout the region
  • Develop plans to ensure sales and retention success
  • Monitor results vs. plans by evaluating daily, weekly, and monthly reports
