• Participate in the planning and execution of the branch sales efforts
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through the delivery of quality customer service
• Ensure proper licensing of employees
• Monitor the maintenance of materials and equipment
• Participate in customer retention programs

The essential duties and responsibilities of our TruGreen Operations Managers include:

• Monitor and execute facility organization and maintenance
• Supervise five or more employees
• Recruit, interview, select, and train employees
• Ensure the provision of timely, quality service to customers
• Plan and conduct ongoing employee training and development
• Determine work procedure, prepare work schedules, and expedite work flow
• Ensure appropriate scheduling and maintenance of fleet
• Ensure proper licensing of existing and new employees
• Assist the Branch Manager with annual budgeting
