Business
As an Area Manager, you are responsible for assisting in the overall
management, production, quality, goal setting, achievement of goals, and
supervision of some maintenance team members.
Other essential duties and responsibilities as an Area Manager include:

Communicate with customers on a regular basis to ensure their satisfaction with
service provided

Interface between sales department and customers to provide price quotations
for special projects, seasonal color, etc. and/or contract renewals

Responsible for the timely servicing and quality of work at all customer
locations

Review all personnel to assure proper training and safety is provided
-
Review and monitor equipment maintenance programs
-
Review and approve all subcontractor work
-
Prepare, review, and approve weekly payroll
TruGreen
Residential
As a Lawn Care Specialist, your essential duties and responsibilities include:

Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and cross sell additional
services

Diagnose and correct lawn/landscape problems
-
Ensure the timely service and quality of work at all residential customer
locations

Respond to customer requests
-
Ensure personnel training and compliance with safety procedures
-
Complete all required service-related paperwork
-
Measure customer lawns for accurate cost estimates
