Essential duties and responsibilities include:

Generate new account leads and establish sales meetings with prospective
clients

Estimate project costs, present to prospects, and follow up after presentations

Manage delivery and signing of all contracts

Ensure implementation of services and check client satisfaction

Coordinate with account representatives to introduce them to new accounts and
periodically inspect to ensure customer satisfaction

Monitor all production numbers and gross margins on projects sold to ensure
contracts are accurate

Directly supervise two or more employees in the sales department, including
hiring, training, supervision, and performance tracking

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

Assist the Branch Marketing Manager and Branch Manager in overall development
of neighborhood sales and marketing efforts

Supervise two to eight full-time neighborhood sales employees in the sales
department, including hiring, training, hands-on supervision, and performance
tracking

Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow

Provide input regarding salary recommendations and help determine positive
rewards and areas of improvement for the sales team

Assist in providing timely sales efforts to acquire new customers as well as
cross sell and up sell current customers.
