Essential duties and responsibilities of our Branch Managers include:

Implement and achieve the region and division's goals and objectives

Ensure the overall success and management of the branch

Supervise branch department heads
-
Control budget and find ways to exceed and improve the division's bottom line

Direct the development and implementation of all sales/marketing strategies
-
Motivate and evaluate the branch team to promote the highest standards of
cooperation, production, service, and ethics

Conduct performance reviews and make salary recommendations
-
Recruit, interview, select, and train branch employees
TruGreen
Residential
There are two paths an accomplished, motivated employee can take when promoted
from a mid-level operations position. Our senior-level opportunities are to
become a Marketing Manager or Branch Manager. The Marketing Manager reports to
the Branch Manager, but assumes branch management responsibilities when the
Branch Manager is out of the office.
Essential duties and responsibilities of our Marketing Managers include:

Direct and coordinate marketing activities of TruGreen services

Supervise one or more supervisors in the marketing, sales, and telemarketing
areas

Generate sales leads
-
Plan and execute the successful marketing functions in a lawn care branch
including trade shows, mailings, advertising, community activities, and more
-
Plan and conduct on-going training for sales personnel
-
Ensure effective control of marketing results to ensure the achievement of
marketing objectives within designated budgets

Recruit, interview, select, and train new sales employees
Essential duties and responsibilities of our Branch Managers include:

Ensure the overall success and management of a lawn care branch

Supervision of branch department heads

Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control branch activities and functions
to achieve branch goals and objectives while maintaining corporate standards

Coordinate warehousing, production, and sales
-
Direct the development and implementation of all sales/marketing strategies
-
Prepare annual budget and monthly projections
-
Evaluate the quality of service provided to customers and develop procedures to
improve customer satisfaction
