Essential duties and responsibilities of our Regional Vice Presidents and Division Vice Presidents include:

• Set and align goals & objectives to branch / region / division / corporate
• Overall budgetary responsibilities for branch / region / division
• Supervision of Regional Managers
• Development of strategies based on key market indicators that will increase sales, market share, and profit margins
• Maintain relationships and facilitate management of national / top customers
• Work with region management to aid in development plans for employee growth
• Involvement in interviewing and high-level hiring decisions per branch / region / division
• Provide a positive, uplifting environment per branch / region / division
• Deliver timely, accurate reports of region / division to corporate leadership
