While some responsibilities vary by position, the essential duties and responsibilities of our mid-level managers include:

• Oversee 8 to 12 branches, plus a regional office, in one or more states
• Direct supervision of Branch Managers
• Oversee the region's operations, budgets, sales, safety, and personnel
• Develop and maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Ensure the growth and profitability of the region and continuously improve our competitive position in the market
• Monitor branch operations to ensure delivery of quality services and customer satisfaction
• Achieve regional goals for revenue, growth, and profitability
• Oversee and coordinate strategic sales and marketing efforts
• Oversee information systems, accounting, human resources, fleet and safety, recruitment, and training
• Forecast and budget financials for the region
• Monitor branch budgets and find ways to exceed and improve efficiency and profitability
• Track, report, and document regional reports
• Participate in and conduct routine training sessions to maximize production and efficiency
