Essential duties and responsibilities of Branch Managers include:

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the
branch office, sales, and operations departments

Directly oversee two or more supervisors of each department

Control budget and find ways to exceed and improve the division's bottom line

Develop plans for the efficient use of materials, equipment, and employees

Evaluate and authorize branch expenses to ensure cost effectiveness of all
purchases

Direct the development and implementation of all sales/marketing strategies

Motivate and evaluate branch team members to promote the highest standards of
cooperation, production, service, and ethics

Evaluate performance, make salary recommendations, and administer disciplinary
actions consistent with company policy
