Essential duties and responsibilities of Branch Managers include:

• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the branch office, sales, and operations departments
• Directly oversee two or more supervisors of each department
• Control budget and find ways to exceed and improve the division's bottom line
• Develop plans for the efficient use of materials, equipment, and employees
• Evaluate and authorize branch expenses to ensure cost effectiveness of all purchases
• Direct the development and implementation of all sales/marketing strategies
• Motivate and evaluate branch team members to promote the highest standards of cooperation, production, service, and ethics
• Evaluate performance, make salary recommendations, and administer disciplinary actions consistent with company policy
• Implement and achieve your division's goals and objectives
