At The TruGreen Companies, we are committed to supporting our employees in achieving their goals. The Performance Improvement Team, our dedicated training department, offers a wide variety of development programs. Outside training opportunities includes a broad selection of workshops, seminars, and classes. Our in-house training options include the ACCEL Leadership Program, our Area Manager Training Program, Six Sigma, and a host of seminars, web programs, and workshops.

ACCEL

The TruGreen Companies ACCEL Leadership Program is designed for individuals who have the interest and ability to take a leadership role in branch or service center management. This comprehensive program provides a series of on-the-job training modules, seminars, and learning labs designed to prepare future Managers for the rewarding challenges of leading a team.

Six Sigma

The goal of Six Sigma is to generate results (bottom-line financial improvement) by raising an organization's capability (i.e., investing in people) so that it can operate with a new standard for doing business.
